We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Construction Project Manager to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for overseeing complex construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple construction projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Develop and implement construction plans, schedules, and budgets, and oversee all aspects of the construction process, from site preparation to final inspections.
  • Work closely with the project team to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management.
  • Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and processes.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite - Procore experience preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
  • Understanding of building codes and regulations.
