High-Volume Used Car Sales Manager

Kocourek Automotive is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Used Car Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direction and motivation to sales staff to maximize sales volume and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales revenue and market share.
  • Conduct daily sales meetings to review sales performance and provide coaching and feedback to sales staff.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Manage and maintain accurate sales records and reports.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Used Car Sales Manager.
  • Valid driver's license and pre-employment drug screen.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and Saturdays.
