Position Overview:
- Responsible for the sale and leasing of both new and pre-owned vehicles while adhering to dealership standards for profitability, volume, and customer satisfaction.
Primary Duties:
- Conducts a thorough customer profile assessment, performs a silent walk-around, and facilitates demonstration drives for every prospective buyer.
- Aims to sell or lease a minimum of 10 vehicles monthly, maintaining a 90-day average of 12 units to qualify for sales contests.
- Welcomes customers to the showroom or sales area, providing assistance and guiding them through the vehicle selection process.
- Articulates product features and advantages, discusses optional equipment, and arranges test drives.
- Commits to ensuring customer satisfaction, remains knowledgeable about automotive sales regulations, establishes income objectives, and participates in training sessions.
- Handles vehicle deliveries to customers, introduces them to service departments, ensures all paperwork is completed, and maintains a follow-up system for customer relations.
- Reviews daily activities to enhance time management skills and upholds a professional appearance.
Requirements:
- Self-motivated with a competitive mindset and a strong work ethic.
- Previous experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
Licenses and Certifications:
- Must possess a valid Wisconsin sales license and a current driver's license.
