About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Escode, Part of NCC Group. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving maximum sales volume of our products and services in either the UK or US Regions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and provide leadership to a small team of sales professionals to achieve or exceed sales targets on a consistent basis.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of our services.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and tactics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop solutions to meet customer needs.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales leadership and team management.
  • Strong sales and business development skills, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and develop insights to inform sales strategies.
