Vice President of Operations

Bemana, LLC is seeking a seasoned executive to lead our operations team and drive business growth. As Vice President of Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of our day-to-day operations, including electrical design, field operations, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage service delivery, ensuring efficient execution of all projects.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize project delivery, resource allocation, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with the leadership team to align operational practices with the company's long-term goals.
- Oversee the design of temporary power solutions for various construction and commercial projects.
- Ensure that all designs meet client specifications, safety requirements, and regulatory standards.
- Use design tools to prepare, review, and/or approve detailed electrical plans.
- Provide high-level oversight of field operations, including project setup, installation, and teardown of temporary power systems.
- Ensure compliance with design plans, safety standards, and timelines.
- Troubleshoot on-site issues and provide solutions to maintain project schedules.
- Manage and mentor a team of field technicians and support staff.
- Develop and implement training programs to elevate field team performance and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement within the operations team.
- Ensure that all electrical designs and installations comply with national, state, and local codes.
- Develop and enforce safety policies and practices that meet or exceed industry standards.
- Serve as a key member of the leadership team, contributing to strategic decision-making, business growth strategies, and operational scaling.
- Represent the company in client meetings, negotiations, and industry events.
Requirements:
- Master Electrician with significant operational experience, including power distribution and generator hookups.
- Minimum of 7-10 years in a leadership role within the electrical, construction, or power industries.
- Strong knowledge of electrical design and project management.
- Proven ability to lead and grow operational teams while driving process improvement.
