We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Internal Specialist to join our team at TransGlobal, one of the largest insurance general agencies in the US. As a Regional Internal Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional support to our life insurance agents, empowering them to deliver outstanding service to their clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide internal support to affiliated life agents within the assigned region, and assist other regions as necessary.
- Analyze product performance to assist agents in meeting clients' financial needs and optimizing their goals.
- Coordinate seminar registrations, broadcast training videos, and assist in organizing sales events.
- Educate agents on new concepts in retirement preparation and wealth transition through financial planning.
- Support affiliated life agents with insurance sales and transactions, including scheduling medical exams and collecting insured data.
- Act as a liaison between processing departments, contracting, licensing, and commission teams.
- Attend regular training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge across all insurance carriers.
Requirements:
- Licensed in Life, Health, and Accident Insurance is preferred. New hires must obtain proper licensing within 3 months of probation.
- Fluency in English and either Mandarin Chinese, Vietnamese, Japanese, or Korean.
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative or customer service experience in insurance (Life, Health, or Property & Casualty).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with a career-oriented mindset, professional etiquette, and a positive learning attitude with a growth mindset.
Benefits:
- Starting base salary ranging from $3,800 ~ $5,000/month, based on experience and location, with potential increases post-probation.
- Variable compensation structure available.
- Commission/bonus for cross referrals.
- Comprehensive health insurance (covering medical, dental, vision, and HSA) including spouses and dependents.
- 401(k) plan with employer matching.
- 6 days Paid Sick Leave per year, available to use after 3 months of employment.
- 10 days PTO in the first year, available after 3 months, and increase based on anniversary until reaching a cap. Paid holidays, paid jury duty, paid training.

- Provide support to affiliated life insurance agents, internally and externally.
- Responsibilities include recruiting productive agents and providing ongoing development and support.

- Supervise Regional Internal and External Specialists.
- Motivate and enhance existing agent productivity.
- Collaborate with Regional Vice Presidents for overall sales results.
Regional Vice President:
- Oversee the entire region, including all offices within it.
- Responsible for overall production and development.
- Supervise Regional Directors, External Specialists, and Internal Specialists.
