Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Vice President of Sales to lead and drive our sales strategy and team. This senior executive role is critical to our company's success, focusing on revenue growth, market expansion, and fostering strong relationships with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Revenue Growth & Business Development: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue and market share growth. Manage the full sales cycle for new business opportunities and solidify partnerships aligned with the company's offerings.
  • Strategic Leadership: Lead, mentor, and support the sales team, ensuring consistent KPI achievement. Develop sales training programs, improve internal processes, and drive thought leadership within the team.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with departments like operations, marketing, and product development to align sales strategies with company goals.
  • Contract Negotiations: Oversee the development and training for contract negotiations, ensuring alignment with company policies and profitability targets.
  • Performance Metrics: Ensure team accountability to KPIs related to revenue, customer satisfaction, and retention. Provide valuable business insights to the executive team.
  • CRM Oversight: Manage and improve the CRM system for accurate data integrity and forecasting. Develop dashboard reports to track team performance and provide strategic business insights.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, marketing, or related field (master's preferred).
  • 7-10 years of proven success in healthcare sales, growing national accounts, and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership experience in building and managing high-performing teams.
  • Expertise in healthcare market intelligence and sales strategy development.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (HubSpot preferred) and ability to analyze market trends and competitive landscapes.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.
