Job Title: Marketing Administrative Assistant

This role provides administrative support to the Vice President of Marketing and the Marketing Department, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and contributing to the success of the team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the Vice President of Marketing, including scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and managing correspondence.
  • Assist with departmental tasks, such as invoicing, expense tracking, and data entry.
  • Support the sponsorship team by entering account data, invoicing sponsors, and creating sponsorship dashboards.
  • Collaborate with the group sales team to follow up with clients, track contracts, and collect payments.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, scheduling travel, and maintaining office supplies.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma required; 5 years of experience as an executive assistant or marketing department assistant preferred.
  • Knowledge of Tessitura a plus.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
  • Superior attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
