Position Overview
The Electro-Mechanical Assembler role involves the assembly and disassembly of electronic gaming machines (EGM). This position requires a moderate level of complexity, emphasizing manual dexterity and the ability to adhere to detailed written and verbal instructions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble EGM and related sub-assemblies at various stages of completion using diverse tools and equipment.
  • Disassemble EGM and sub-assemblies as part of the Return Game Processing.
  • Follow comprehensive written and verbal instructions, checklists, and standard work documents.
  • Assess EGM quality from prior processes.
  • Maintain an acceptable level of quality and productivity consistently.
  • Meet production targets within established takt and cycle times.
  • Communicate effectively with management regarding issues, concerns, and potential improvements.
  • Ensure a safe and clean working environment by adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
  • Perform tasks with minimal supervision and work overtime as necessary to fulfill daily production needs.
  • Maintain an organized workstation through effective station management.
  • Assist with loading/unloading trucks and moving EGM as required.
  • Pick production orders and run parts to production lines as assigned.
  • Handle shipping and receiving tasks as necessary.
  • Observe all safety regulations and report any safety concerns to leadership.
  • Carry out additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • 0 – 2 years of experience in assembly-line work (preferred).
  • Experience in electro-mechanical assembly (preferred).
  • Proficient in using hand tools such as screwdrivers, wrenches, pliers, and drills.
  • Strong ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Consistent ability to meet production expectations with minimal oversight.
  • Basic mathematical and computer skills.
  • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and 6S principles (preferred).

Education
High School Diploma or GED required. Related vocational training is a plus.

Physical Requirements
The physical demands of this role include the ability to stand or walk for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks. Regular lifting and carrying of up to fifty (50) pounds, and pushing or pulling up to two hundred (200) pounds with assistance, are required. The role may involve bending, twisting, climbing, reaching, and squatting. Employees will frequently work near powered motor vehicles, power tools, and automated assembly fixtures, utilizing both manual and powered hand tools.
