Position Overview:
The ILI Operations Mechanic plays a crucial role in the upkeep and repair of ILI tools.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills within the mechanical field, enabling continuous improvement in the run success rate.

This role reports to the Maintenance and Repair Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:
Prioritize safety in all tasks and processes.
Support ILI Mechanics I, II, and III in the assembly, maintenance, and repair of ILI tool components.
Utilize drawings, procedures, and verbal instructions from ILI Mechanics I, II, and III in the construction of ILI tools.
Construct, maintain, and repair mechanical ILI tools.

Engage actively in continuous improvement initiatives, consistently striving to meet individual and team objectives.

Additional Responsibilities:
Perform any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Minimum:
High School diploma or equivalent experience.
Preferred:
2-year College and/or Technical Degree or equivalent mechanical experience.
Authorized to work in the United States for any employer.
DOT Drug and Alcohol Test (required as a condition of employment).
Willingness to undergo a Background Check.
MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) Check.
Possession of a Passport or ability to obtain one within 6 months.
Capability to routinely lift and carry 50 lbs.
Willingness to travel overnight up to 20% of the time.
