About the Role
This position is integral to our product engineering team focused on the development of advanced AC compressors. Our current initiatives include a diverse range of products, featuring both fixed and variable displacement compressors, as well as electrically driven options.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop components for AC compressors in collaboration with design teams.
  • Create and document engineering specifications for components and assemblies to facilitate mass production.
  • Employ innovative problem-solving techniques to address engineering challenges.
  • Utilize DFMEA/PFMEA methodologies to ensure robust designs prior to production.
  • Interpret blueprints and apply Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) standards.
  • Assist in the preparation and execution of testing units.
  • Analyze test data, drawing conclusions in line with internal and customer specifications.
  • Apply engineering principles to achieve effective design solutions.
  • Engage in initiatives aimed at innovation, cost reduction, and quality enhancement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams during customer program launches.
  • Work alongside suppliers and manufacturing facilities to ensure optimal product design and manufacturability.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering or a related field. A solid understanding of:
  • Statics, dynamics, mechanics of materials, heat transfer, fluid mechanics, and thermodynamics.
  • Engineering design principles.
