bJob Summary/bbrbrThe Office Manager will be responsible for providing administrative support to the DTC Support Team and the ABV Charlotte Office. This role will focus on supporting technical projects, ensuring a high level of organization, and facilitating a pleasant work environment. The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.brbrbKey Responsibilities/bbrbr Manage administrative duties for the DTC Support Team and the ABV Charlotte Officebr Support technical projects and ensure a high level of organizationbr Facilitate a pleasant work environment and maintain a positive customer service attitudebr Manage software, including user enrollment, site updates, and user permission settingsbr Provide technology support, including system setups and general new user supportbr Manage merchandise, including item stock management, descriptors, and tagsbr Assist in maintenance of the Master Merchandise Catalogue and New Item Buildsbr Manage the Merchandise Shop and Donation email inboxesbr Oversee the Donation Software and update offerings quarterlybr Perform administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings and organizing and distributing newslettersbr Maintain a high level of confidentiality while processing mail and communicationsbr Support employee engagement events and partnershipsbr Maintain the office and kitchen supplies, including proper inventories and storagebr Coordinate with property managers and contractors for general office repairs and maintenancebr Maintain the Charlotte Office FedEx account and assist employees with shipping and mailingsbr Coordinate and greet visitors, vendors, and customersbr Maintain corporate distributions lists and organizational chartsbr Support coordination of company-wide annual eventsbr Manage access to company platforms, including Motus, Concur, and RactivationbrbrbRequirements/bbrbr College degree and 2+ years of office manager experiencebr Strong computer skills and internet research capabilitybr Advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPointbr Strong attention to detail and highly organizedbr Fast learner with experience and passion for learning new technology systemsbr Proven ability to remain flexible and manage several tasks simultaneouslybr Robust verbal and written communication skillsbr Confident, self-driven personality with a proactive mindset for resolving issues and finding solutionsbr Experience with Compeat, Toast, and Paytronix is highly preferredbr Passion for craft beer, cider, and spirits is desiredbrbrbAbout Us/bbrbrArtisanal Brewing Ventures is a top 10 regional craft alcohol company in the US, made up of 5 long-standing, successful craft brands.
