WinnCompanies is seeking a dedicated Property Management Associate to become part of our dynamic team.

In this position, you will support the Property Manager in overseeing all elements of the property, which includes leasing, financial transactions, service requests, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee rent collections, record payments, enforce collection policies, and initiate legal proceedings when necessary.
  • Manage all aspects of apartment leasing: conducting tours for potential residents, processing applications, recertifications, and negotiating lease renewals.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, promptly addressing resident concerns and fostering positive relationships.
  • Assist in various aspects of operational and financial management as assigned.
  • Act as the Property Manager during their absence for designated periods.
  • Prepare financial documentation for the Property Manager, including resident communications and recertification notices.
  • Monitor accounts payable processes from issuing purchase orders to processing invoices.
Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Less than 1 year of supervisory experience.
  • Proficiency in various computer systems, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service abilities.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Eagerness to learn and receive training.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced office setting.
  • Able to work effectively with a diverse range of individuals.
  • Highly motivated, independent, and self-driven.
Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree.
  • Familiarity with Yardi or RealPage property management software.
