Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Marketing Manager - Hospitality Industry to join our team at Aspen Skiing Company. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy to promote our hospitality brands and drive engagement with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a social media content strategy that aligns with our brand's overall marketing goals and objectives.
  • Manage and maintain our social media presence across multiple platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Create and curate high-quality content that showcases our hospitality brands and resonates with our target audience.
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track engagement, reach, and other key performance indicators.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with overall marketing strategies and goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices to ensure our social media presence remains competitive and effective.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in social media marketing, with a proven track record of success in developing and executing social media strategies.
  • Expert knowledge of social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Strong copywriting and proofreading skills, with the ability to create engaging and effective social media content.
  • Project management experience, with the ability to coordinate multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.
