Position Overview - Food & Beverage Operations Leader - Pacific Point Lounge

As a leader in our food and beverage department, you will exhibit strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. This role involves supporting senior management by taking on essential managerial duties. You will guide fellow associates through coaching, providing direction, and may also be involved in training, scheduling, payroll, and recruitment. Food & Beverage Operations Leaders must possess a solid understanding of food and beverage principles and act as a bridge between culinary and service operations. Your contributions will significantly impact the overall performance of the outlet, focusing on product excellence and service quality.

Compensation Details:

The anticipated pay rate for this position is $24.50 per hour.

Experience and Skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Highly dependable and responsible
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Genuine desire to meet the needs of others in a dynamic setting
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Capability to stand for extended periods
  • Physical stamina to lift, carry, push, and pull moderate weights
  • Previous experience as a food server, barback, or food runner is preferred
  • Familiarity with restaurant operations is advantageous
