Key Responsibilities

  • Cash Handling and Inventory Control: Maintain accurate cash handling and inventory control procedures.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Team Management: Supervise and manage a team of approximately 50 employees, providing guidance and support as needed.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of two years of supervisory experience in food and beverage, preferably in a high-volume environment.
  • Knowledge: Basic knowledge of hotel food and beverage operations.
  • Schedule: Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
