Overview

The Crossings at Carlsbad, part of JC Golf, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior Snack Bar and Beverage Service Supervisor with exceptional customer service abilities. This position entails managing food and beverage service in the snack bar, as well as supervising the daily operations of the café/snack bar and beverage cart.

As a member of JC Resorts, a leader in the management of golf and resort properties since 1971, we pride ourselves on delivering outstanding service in a relaxed yet refined atmosphere. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are committed to creating memorable experiences for our guests. Our family-owned business values a personal touch and treats all team members like family.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and effectively to all guest inquiries and needs.
  • Open and close the snack bar in accordance with established procedures.
  • Deliver courteous and efficient service to guests, including food and beverage orders, table bussing, and accurate cash handling.
  • Prepare food as necessary using grilling, frying, or barbecuing techniques.
  • Adhere to all cash handling procedures and ensure daily deposits are made at the end of each shift.
  • Comply with regulations set forth by the California Alcohol Beverage Control Board.

Qualifications:

  • Reliable, safety-conscious, and committed to high standards of service and production.
  • Familiarity with golf operations is preferred.
  • Ability to comprehend basic English and follow simple verbal and written instructions.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age to serve alcohol.
