  • Possesses a broad understanding of multiple business systems and how data capture and processes are interconnected.
  • Continuously explores new system functionalities and suggests ways to utilize them effectively.
Problem Solving:
  • Identifies issues related to business systems by analyzing potential causes and forming hypothesis-driven solutions. Assists in determining root causes and exploring system solutions.
  • Provides recommendations based on visualizing process flows across various systems or business units.
  • Familiar with the SDLC and aids the business in navigating through it.
  • Recognizes the impact of projects on broader business objectives and proactively communicates any arising issues.
  • Collaborates with business leaders to develop requirements that span multiple systems or processes.
  • Acts as the primary contact for IT communications regarding code and data readiness, facilitating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production validation.
  • Guides teams on system operations post-release.
  • Serves as the main liaison with IT for detailed investigations.
Project & Stakeholder Management:
  • Leads working sessions and facilitates collaboration between business teams and IT, including requirement reviews and project status updates.
  • Drives next steps for project progress and identifies opportunities for process enhancements.
  • Maintains current documentation of data and process dependencies across various projects.
  • Communicates proactively regarding deadlines and potential obstacles.
  • Fosters collaborative relationships with all stakeholders.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 1 year of experience, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong analytical capabilities.
  • Experience with the Software Development Life Cycle.
  • Ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and accessible manner to diverse audiences.
