About the Role:

This role supports the optimization of workflow and processes for bank business units. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and documenting business unit requirements, investigating business unit systems, and identifying options for improving business unit systems. They will also provide a strong link between the business unit and information technology to understand the structure, policies, and operations of an organization and recommend solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business operations, analytical and problem-solving skills, and advanced data analysis skills. They will also have knowledge of banking policies, procedures, practices, and documentation, as well as advanced project management skills.

This role requires the ability to manage complex projects and vendor relationships, work effectively with individuals and groups across the company, and communicate effectively with stakeholders and subject matter experts.


About You:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced business analyst with a strong background in business operations, project management, and data analysis. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in business, project management, business systems, or a related field, and a minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience. A master's degree is preferred.

The successful candidate will have advanced business operations abilities, analytical and problem-solving skills, and advanced data analysis skills. They will also have knowledge of banking policies, procedures, practices, and documentation, as well as advanced project management skills.

We offer a competitive total rewards package, including base wages and comprehensive benefits. The pay range for this role is $55,000.00 - $70,000.00, and the pay rate for the selected candidate will be dependent on a variety of non-discriminatory factors.


Workstyle:

This role is fully onsite in Washington and Oregon state.
