Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient professional to join our team as an Account Representative at Tom Fladd - State Farm Agent. As a key member of our agency, you will play a vital role in supporting our insurance agents in gaining and keeping customers.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Customer Service Focus: Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Experience: Previous sales experience, preferably in outside sales or inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing.
  • Licensing: Ability to obtain Property and Casualty License and Life/Health License.
  • Marketing Skills: Interested in marketing products and services based on customer needs and able to achieve mutually agreed-upon marketing goals.
