Job Overview

Powershopper Corp is a privately owned wholesale distributor and online eCommerce retailer seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Office Admin Assistant.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and have the ability to multitask with ease.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and files
  • Assist with warehouse operations, including receiving and processing shipments
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry and document preparation

Requirements

  • 30 WPM typing speed
  • Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel
  • Basic arithmetic skills
  • Able to lift 50 lbs or more

Work Environment

Powershopper Corp operates Monday through Friday, 8AM to 5PM PST, and is closed on weekends. Our warehouse is a medium-sized sales and distribution operation based in Pasadena, California.
