Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at The Genesis Group. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office employees, including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to office employees, including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Develop and maintain effective filing systems and ensure that all documents are properly stored and easily accessible.
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed.
  • Assist with special projects and events as required.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or administrative training preferred.
  • Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
