Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Help Desk Analyst to join our team at TEKsystems. As a Help Desk Analyst, you will provide technical assistance and support to end-users, troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and system issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and assistance to end-users via phone, email, or in-person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and system issues
  • Investigate and resolve computer software and hardware problems
  • Escalate complex issues to senior technicians or vendors as necessary
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of computer software, hardware, and systems
  • Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in IT or help desk support
  • Knowledge of call-tracking software and systems
  • Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to work in a team environment
