About the Role

Point32Health, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Account Manager to lead our Behavioral Health Provider Network team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining relationships with our network of behavioral health providers and trade associations across all geographic areas where we operate.

This is a critical role that requires a proactive and self-motivated individual with strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of the healthcare industry. Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Account Management: Develop and implement strategies to strengthen relationships with our behavioral health provider network, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration across all levels.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and motivate a team of account managers, providing guidance, support, and resources to ensure successful account management and relationship-building.
  • Provider Network Development: Identify opportunities to expand our behavioral health provider network, developing and executing plans to recruit new providers and strengthen existing relationships.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure efficient and effective account management processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance productivity and quality.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and customer service teams, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Performance Metrics and Reporting: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure account management success, providing regular reports to leadership and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 10+ years of experience in a healthcare environment, with a proven track record of establishing, building, and managing accounts.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team. Deep understanding of the healthcare industry, including contracting, provider reimbursement, and claims concepts.
