Job Title: Juvenile Justice Therapist

Job Summary: Child & Adolescent Behavioral Health is seeking a skilled Therapist to work with youth involved in the juvenile justice system. The ideal candidate will have experience working with at-risk youth and a strong understanding of trauma-informed care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide individual and family therapy to youth involved in the juvenile justice system
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to address trauma, behavioral health needs, and social skills deficits
  • Collaborate with court personnel, law enforcement, and other community partners to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Meet productivity expectations and maintain accurate documentation
Requirements
  • Licensed in the state of Ohio to provide assessment and therapy
  • Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or Social Work
  • Experience working with at-risk youth and trauma-informed care
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Cultural competence and ability to work with diverse populations
