POSITION SUMMARY:

Kforce Inc. is seeking a qualified Accounting Supervisor to oversee financial operations within a prominent Real Estate Owner & Developer. This role is essential for ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance within the organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Supervise a dedicated team of accounting professionals.
  • Prepare and deliver monthly financial statements, budget reports, and cash flow forecasts.
  • Manage the bank reconciliation process, conduct financial analysis, and oversee budgeting activities.
  • Support HR functions and engage in various ad hoc accounting and financial initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant accounting experience, with public accounting experience being advantageous.
  • Proven experience in system enhancements and financial software applications.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong work ethic with a keen attention to detail and a desire for continuous learning.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-sufficient.
  • Confidence in presenting financial data to stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and financial software systems.
  • Familiarity with Yardi software is a plus.
