Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate School-Based Clinical Therapist to join our team at Child & Adolescent Behavioral Health. As a member of our team, you will play a critical role in providing emotional and behavioral health support to children, youth, and families in our community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct individual and family therapy sessions with clients ranging from Kindergarten through 12th grade.
  • Perform diagnostic assessments and mental health consultations to identify and address the needs of our clients.
  • Collaborate with other professionals, including teachers, school administrators, and community partners, to provide comprehensive support to our clients.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans that address the unique needs and goals of each client.
  • Provide education and support to parents and caregivers to help them understand and address the mental health needs of their children.
Requirements
  • Licensed in the State of Ohio to provide assessment and therapy services.
  • Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse populations, including those from different cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with other professionals and stakeholders.
