Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and plan project activities under the guidance of a Senior Project Manager or Division Manager.
  • Oversee project operations, including task assignments to Assistant Project Managers, coordination of activities, and resolution of challenges while adhering to company policies and standards.
  • Engage with clients to assess project scope, timelines, and necessary resources for successful project execution.
  • Prepare comprehensive estimates for projects, ensuring a thorough review of plans and specifications.
  • Establish project objectives, policies, and performance standards in alignment with corporate guidelines.
  • Manage change orders, including preparation and negotiation, to ensure project alignment with client expectations.
  • Collaborate with onsite teams to monitor construction progress, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets.
  • Address potential issues proactively, implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports under the supervision of senior management.
  • Maintain financial oversight of contracts, ensuring the protection of company interests while fostering positive client relationships.
  • Review documentation prepared by Assistant Project Managers prior to submission.
  • Represent the company in project meetings, guided by senior project management.

Qualifications:

  • In-depth knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Accubid and Oracle is a plus.
  • Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Adaptable to changing requirements and able to work under pressure.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and a collaborative team player.
  • Professional interaction with all levels of staff, clients, and vendors.

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in project management within the construction sector.

Travel Requirements:

  • Willingness to travel up to 25% as needed.

Working Environment:

  • General office environment with extended periods of sitting, standing, and typing.
  • Noise levels are typically low to moderate.
  • Occasional lifting of up to 30 lbs may be required.

Compensation: The expected salary range for this position is between $87,000 and $130,500 annually, depending on qualifications and experience.
