We are a reputable private security company seeking an Administrative Recruiter to join our team. Our office is fast-paced, with multiple activities happening simultaneously. We value our clients and strive to be available to them at all times. With offices in Los Angeles, San Diego, Sacramento, Oakland, and Las Vegas, we offer a dynamic work environment.
Job Summary:
The Administrative Recruiter will be responsible for efficient and successful recruiting for our Las Vegas branch office operational hiring needs. This individual will work closely with other team members to ensure smooth recruitment and transition from application to onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
- Screen resumes, conduct phone or in-person interviews
- Utilize traditional and non-traditional resources to identify, attract, and source quality candidates
- Communicate employment information during offer delivery
- Manage candidate activity in the applicant tracking system
- Provide excellent customer service to security staff members
Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal, critical thinking, and organizational skills
- Minimum two years' experience in a general office setting with clerical or related experience
- Logistics, security, or dispatcher background preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment
- Flexibility regarding job assignments and overtime
Job Type: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
