ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Front Office Coordinator to provide exceptional patient support and administrative services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing patient interactions, ensuring accurate billing and payment processing, and maintaining a clean and organized office environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Greet and check patients in/out in a courteous manner, including collecting co-payments and processing paperwork.
  • Provide patients with initial assessment paperwork and ensure accurate completion and electronic submission.
  • Answer calls and respond to patient inquiries, including payment-related questions and release requests.
  • Ensure accuracy of patient accounts, including billing addresses and payment authorizations.
  • Assist patients with scheduling follow-up appointments and managing telemedicine and in-person appointments.
  • Support patients with Vsee access, Patient Portal, and LifeStance website navigation.
  • Audit the scheduler daily for appointment cleanup and maintain a clean and organized office environment.
  • Perform general office duties, including mail sorting, document scanning, and faxing.
  • Provide backup support to the Office Lead for pre-appointment processes.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

We are seeking a candidate with a high school diploma or equivalent, 2 years of customer service experience, and prior knowledge of OSHA/HIPAA regulations. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be able to multitask, and work independently and as a team member.
