Key Responsibilities
  • Manage front desk operations, including scheduling, staff development, and training.
  • Ensure compliance with attendance, punctuality, and dependability guidelines.
  • Handle patient and staff complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of patient billing and insurance claims.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front office environment, adhering to OnPoint Medical Group's standards and policies.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including appointment scheduling, data verification, and filing of patient records.
  • Prepare the office for opening and closing, including rotating schedules for break room duties.
  • Coordinate front office meetings and ensure effective communication among team members.
  • Follow all OnPoint Medical Group standards, policies, and procedures, including HIPAA and privacy laws.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college or medical, business, or accounting focus preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a physician office or clinical environment, with customer service experience and strong computer skills.
  • Supervisor experience and current CPR certification preferred; EMR experience with Athenahealth practice management system a plus.

Compensation
