We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking People Analytics Insight Partner to enhance our team. If you possess a talent for data analysis and are enthusiastic about utilizing people data to influence strategic decisions, you may be the ideal candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

The People Analytics Business Partner is essential in facilitating strategic decision-making through the analysis and interpretation of people data. This role collaborates closely with business stakeholders and senior management to convert data-driven insights into actionable strategies, ultimately enhancing organizational effectiveness and success. A strong storytelling ability and a passion for using data to drive business results are essential for this position. The perfect candidate will have a robust background in data science, human resources, and strategic business collaboration.

  • Harness Your Analytical Expertise: Investigate the data to reveal concealed patterns, trends, and correlations. From HR metrics to employee engagement assessments, you will explore every data point in your pursuit of insights.
  • Craft Strategic Narratives: Transform insights into engaging stories that resonate with audiences and drive significant change. Whether addressing C-suite executives or frontline managers, you excel at presenting insights in a manner that motivates action.
  • Champion Innovation: Stay at the forefront by keeping abreast of the latest trends, tools, and methodologies in the field of people analytics. From predictive modeling to machine learning, you are always seeking new avenues to expand the boundaries of what is achievable.
  • Collaborate Effectively: Work closely with HR business partners, senior leadership, and cross-functional teams to comprehend business objectives and priorities. By building strong relationships and collaborating as a cohesive unit, you will ensure that your insights create a tangible impact on the organization.

Minimum Qualifications:

To qualify, you should possess:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Engineering, Statistics, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in Data Science, Credit Risk, Fraud Risk, Marketing Analytics, Optimization, Operations, or HR/People Analytics, Modeling, or a related field.


Preferred Qualifications:

Ideally, we would also prefer:

  • 6+ years of experience in a People Analytics/Data Science role.
  • A Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Data Analytics, or Statistics.
  • 3+ years of experience as a People Analytics Insights partner; consulting experience is advantageous.

Compensation:

The base salary for this position typically ranges between $88,500.00 to $149,000. Additional incentives may be included as part of a competitive total compensation package. Factors such as geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may influence the pay for this role.
