We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking People Analytics Insight Partner to join our team. If you possess a talent for converting data into actionable insights and are passionate about influencing strategic decisions through the power of people data, you may be the ideal candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

The People Analytics Business Partner is crucial in steering strategic decision-making through the analysis and interpretation of people data. This role will work closely with business partners and senior leadership to translate data-driven insights into actionable recommendations, ultimately enhancing organizational effectiveness and success. A strong aptitude for storytelling and a passion for leveraging data to drive business outcomes are essential. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in data science, human resources, and strategic business collaboration.

  • Data Analysis Expertise: Conduct in-depth analysis to uncover hidden patterns, trends, and correlations within data. From HR metrics to employee engagement surveys, you will explore every data point in your pursuit of insights.
  • Strategic Communication: Transform insights into compelling narratives that engage audiences and inspire meaningful change. Whether presenting to executives or team leaders, you will effectively communicate insights that drive action.
  • Innovation Leadership: Stay ahead of industry trends, tools, and techniques in people analytics. From predictive modeling to machine learning, you will continuously seek new methods to expand the possibilities.
  • Collaborative Partnership: Work closely with HR business partners, senior leadership, and cross-functional teams to align with business goals and priorities. By fostering strong relationships and teamwork, you will ensure your insights significantly impact the organization.

Minimum Qualifications:

At a minimum, the following qualifications are required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Engineering, Statistics, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in Data Science, Credit Risk, Fraud Risk, Marketing Analytics, Optimization, Operations, or HR/People Analytics, Modeling, or related fields.


Preferred Qualifications:

If we had our preference, we would also seek:

  • 6+ years of experience in a People Analytics/Data Science role.
  • Master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Data Analytics, or Statistics.
  • 3+ years of experience as a People Analytics Insights partner; consulting experience is a plus.

Compensation:

The base salary for this position typically ranges between $88,500.00 to $149,000. Additional incentives may be included as part of a competitive total compensation package. Factors such as geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may influence the pay for this position.
