We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking People Analytics Insight Partner to become a vital member of our team. If you possess a talent for data analysis and a passion for translating data into strategic insights, you may be the ideal candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
The People Analytics Insight Partner plays a crucial role in facilitating strategic decision-making through the examination and interpretation of people data. This position will work closely with business partners and senior leadership to convert data-driven insights into actionable strategies, ultimately enhancing organizational effectiveness and success. This role demands exceptional storytelling abilities and a fervor for utilizing data to drive business results. The perfect candidate will have a robust background in data science, human resources, and strategic business collaboration.
- Harness Your Analytical Expertise: Explore the data landscape to reveal hidden patterns, trends, and correlations. From HR metrics to employee engagement surveys, you will scrutinize every data point in your pursuit of insights.

- Collaborate Effectively: Work in partnership with HR business partners, senior leadership, and cross-functional teams to comprehend business objectives and priorities. Minimum Qualifications:
To be considered, you should possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Engineering, Statistics, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in Data Science, Credit Risk, Fraud Risk, Marketing Analytics, Optimization, Operations, or HR/People Analytics, Modeling, or a related area.
Preferred Qualifications:
In addition, we would prefer candidates with:
- 6+ years of experience in a People Analytics/Data Science role.
- A Master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Data Analytics, or Statistics.
- 3+ years of experience as a People Analytics Insights Partner; a consulting background is advantageous.
Compensation:
The base salary for this position typically ranges between $88,500.00 to $149,000. Additional incentives may be included as part of a competitive total compensation package. Factors such as geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may influence the compensation for this role.
