HR Support Specialist

This role is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the Human Resources team at Aramco Services Company. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data management and business software proficiency.
• Assist with the coordination of administrative activities between departments.
• Sort, collate, and assemble information packets and brochures, and assist in preparing comprehensive reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the HR team.
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent, plus additional specialized courses or an associate's degree in a related field.
• Strong understanding of the employee lifecycle within the organization, including workflows and escalation thresholds.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations affecting the assigned area.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization, including top management.
• Proficient with data management and business software, with a strong attention to detail and high-quality work.
• Typically, at least eight (8) years of progressive experience in Human Resources or an administrative position, with internal experience preferred.
