Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled EKG Rhythm Analysis Technician to join our team at Abel HR Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately interpreting and analyzing EKG data, providing timely support to our physicians, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and analyze EKG data using ARTELLA quality analysis tools.
  • Notify physicians of patient EKG data based on their notification requirements.
  • Communicate with patients regarding urgent and symptomatic rhythms.
  • Prepare and send reports to practices and hospitals as requested.
  • Assist patients with supply orders, education, and troubleshooting of devices.
  • Provide excellent customer service and represent Abel HR Inc. in a professional manner.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in EKG analysis is a plus, but not required.
  • EKG Certification is essential.
  • Certified Cardiographic Technician (CCT) or Certified Rhythm Analysis Technician (CRAT) certification is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Must inform the supervisor of any absences at least 2 hours prior to the start of the shift.
  • Required to work weekends and holidays.
  • Required to attend in-person staff meetings.
  • Must obtain prior approval for any schedule changes.
