Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls, providing accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries, and maintaining a strong understanding of health claims, coding, and processing guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:- Handle a high volume of inbound calls with a focus on rapid response and excellent communication skills.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and call information.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word effectively for various tasks, including data analysis and report generation.
- Research and resolve customer inquiries by providing accurate and timely responses.
- Identify and report potential issues based on call trends and data analysis.
- At least 1 year of experience in a call center environment.
- Essential attention to detail for accurate data entry, documentation, and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines consistently.
- Adaptability to learn new systems, processes, and industry regulations quickly and effectively.
- Previous experience in the insurance or healthcare industry, particularly in enrollment processes.
- Familiarity with specific software or platforms used in enrollment management.
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
