Job Title: Financial Customer Service RepresentativeJob Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Financial Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Financial Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with financial matters, providing exceptional service and support to resolve their issues efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues related to financial products and services
  • Provide education and support on digital self-service tools and troubleshoot member issues
  • Identify and resolve problems with online banking, bill pay services, email, and chat applications
  • Proactively recommend services and solutions to improve customer experience
  • Maintain high performance levels with regard to established metrics, including time utilization, quality of work, and productivity
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or experience in technical support or troubleshooting preferred
  • Previous customer service experience required; call center or banking experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of digital banking systems, including internet browsers and smartphone technology
  • Strong working knowledge of relevant software, including Microsoft Office, core systems, web browsers, and various other supporting applications
  • Digital acumen and technical support mentality
  • Critical thinking and analytical skills
  • Commitment to identifying customer needs and resolving issues efficiently
  • Self-motivated and self-managed
  • Ability to work in a team environment and build collaborative relationships
