Sales Growth Strategist

The Sales Growth Strategist is pivotal in enhancing our clientele by establishing new partnerships and referral networks. This role involves nurturing ongoing relationships with trade partners to foster collaboration and repeat business.
The individual will be responsible for building and maintaining robust professional connections with our referral sources and trade partners. This includes conducting market analysis, identifying potential clients, engaging with decision-makers, and focusing on converting leads into long-term accounts and revenue streams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Engaging with targeted trade partners and referral sources, such as Plumbers, HVAC companies, Property Managers, Insurance Agents, and Public Adjusters.
- Communicating the advantages of partnering with Restoration 1 of Washington D.C. to align with their business needs.
- Delivering impactful presentations and managing client meetings professionally.
- Developing strategic sales initiatives for optimal efficiency and results.
- Maintaining exceptional communication with both internal and external clients.
- Keeping accurate records of contacts and sales activities.
- Staying informed about product offerings and market trends.
- Addressing client inquiries and concerns to ensure satisfaction.
Reporting Structure: This position reports directly to the Owner/Sales Manager.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in face-to-face sales.
- Ability to conduct multiple presentations weekly.
- Must possess a coachable attitude and a winning mindset.
- Results-oriented with a competitive spirit.
- Experience in managing various projects across a broad territory.
- Familiarity with CRM tools.
- Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Local industry knowledge and connections are preferred.
