Position Overview:
As a Culinary Services Supervisor, you will oversee and guide staff responsible for the preparation, serving, and cleanup of meals for patients and cafeteria operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train team members in food preparation and service techniques.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all food handling processes.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with dietary staff to meet the nutritional needs of patients.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in food service areas.

Work Schedule:
- Shifts include 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM and 12:00 PM - 8:30 PM, with rotating weekends.

Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in food service management or a related field is preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
