Job Overview:


We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Technical Support Specialist to become a vital part of Atticus Advisory Solutions Inc.

The successful candidate will possess a robust background in technical support and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

In this position, you will be tasked with delivering technical assistance to our clients, diagnosing and resolving IT challenges, and nurturing client relationships.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver technical assistance to clients through various communication channels
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software challenges for clients
  • Ensure prompt and effective resolution of client IT concerns
  • Cultivate and maintain client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Oversee and maintain client IT systems and networks
  • Conduct routine maintenance and updates on client systems
  • Develop and maintain documentation of client systems and configurations
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify and implement process enhancements
  • Stay informed about the latest IT trends and technologies to continuously enhance our services

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
  • At least 2 years of experience in technical support, preferably in a managed service provider (MSP) setting
  • Strong understanding of Windows and Mac operating systems
  • Familiarity with Active Directory, Microsoft Office Suite, and other standard business applications
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies
  • Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) are advantageous

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time role, with standard working hours from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday. However, occasional after-hours work may be necessary for network maintenance and support. We offer a flexible work-from-home arrangement.
