Position Summary
The Billing Coordinator is responsible for managing the Billing & Revenue department, which includes processing approximately 60 invoices on a biweekly basis. This role involves verifying services rendered, creating invoices using Excel, and monitoring payments as they are received. We seek an individual with strong Excel skills and exceptional organizational abilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize various systems, including Excel, to accurately calculate costs for goods and services.
  • Compile invoices with supporting documentation based on contract terms on a bi-weekly and monthly schedule to substantiate client billings.
  • Ensure precise and timely billing for products or services rendered while maintaining records of payments received.
  • Address and resolve any billing discrepancies or disputes.
  • Maintain, track, and monitor multiple related data platforms in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Prepare and distribute billing, Accounts Receivable, and other financial reports as per the established schedule (weekly and monthly).
  • Document and uphold billing processes in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure accuracy and provide necessary assistance.
  • Perform additional related duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • 1-3 years of experience in billing, accounting, costing, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with SAP or other timekeeping systems is preferred.
  • Solid understanding of accounting and financial principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly intermediate Excel skills, including the use of pivot tables, vlookup, and other formulas for data analysis.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • A collaborative team player who values effective teamwork.
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed to meet deadlines.
  • Capability to manage high-volume and repetitive tasks.
  • Proactive attitude with a strong sense of initiative.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
Compensation: $32.00/hr
We provide weekly paychecks (direct deposit), and upon eligibility, we offer health insurance, accrued paid sick time, and a retirement option.
