Job Summary:

I.K. Hofmann is seeking a highly skilled Risk Management Specialist to join our team. As a Risk Management Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing complex solutions, supporting negotiations, and ensuring effective contract administration and billing analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contract Administration: Assist in the administration and tracking of contracts, ensuring that all terms and conditions are met and documented.
  • Credit Management: Analyze and evaluate credit terms with vendors and counterparties, including but not limited to Guarantees, Letters of Credit, and Credit Support Annexes.
  • Billing Analysis: Analyze billing data in relation to contracts, identifying discrepancies and ensuring accuracy in invoicing.
  • Solution Analysis: Apply advanced knowledge and protocols to analyze possible solutions to complex issues within Mid Office Operations.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma.
  • Experience: 1-2 years experience in Risk Management, or a related role.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of credit management, contract administration, and asset management principles. Proficiency in analyzing complex data and generating actionable insights.
