Job Overview

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Medical AR Specialist to join our team. This is a long-term contract opportunity for our healthcare client, requiring 100% onsite, full-time hours.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in aged AR accounts, analyzing and resolving denials, and assisting with collections for overdue accounts.
  • Work on the backend of the medical billing cycle, ensuring accurate and timely processing of claims.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with insurance payers, particularly OR Medicaid.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 2 years of medical billing/AR experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and EMR Systems.
  • Medical Billing/Coding Certification desired (not required).
Preferred Skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of all insurance payers, especially OR Medicaid.
Compensation and Benefits

$20.00 to $25.00 per hour. Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and a 401K plan.
