We're seeking a seasoned Product Marketing Manager to lead go-to-market efforts for Udemy's products and features. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive customer adoption and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mentor a small group of Product Marketers, guiding their work and nurturing their careers.
  • Partner closely with the Product team to influence roadmap strategy and participate in feature development.
  • Lead, influence, and collaborate with go-to-market teams to execute product rollouts.
  • Develop messaging and communication strategies to drive successful adoption of products and features.
  • Track competitive updates, identify audience trends, and participate in product development to ensure value delivery.
  • Advocate for customers by developing a deep understanding of their motivations, wants, and needs.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in product marketing at a fast-paced B2B company with a proven track record of leading, project managing, and executing large projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to set strategic direction and lead go-to-market plan execution.
  • Strong track record of delivering against KPIs ranging from awareness and perception to adoption, usage, and loyalty.
  • Deep storytelling ability with a knack for bringing together multiple sources and a collaborative style.
  • Technical aptitude with a natural curiosity about emerging technologies and a willingness to invest time in learning.
  • Strong analytical bent with a disposition toward data-driven decision-making.
  • International experience marketing products to different user segments in various geographies.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a love of the hustle and a passion for learning, Udemy, and our mission to improve lives through learning.
