Role Overview:

We are in search of an Outside Sales Representative with a strong drive and a hunter mentality to represent a well-established brand in the energy sector. This position is available in the Pittsburgh area, including Allegheny County and surrounding regions.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Manage your own sales territory with autonomy.
  • Build your sales pipeline through prospecting and engaging with 35-40 businesses daily.
  • Utilize a customized CRM platform to connect local businesses with competitive energy suppliers.
  • Foster relationships with small to mid-sized businesses in your area.
  • Collaborate with your sales team to ensure open communication and support.
  • Regularly update and follow up with clients using the CRM tool.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Motivated to work in the field and establish connections with clients.
  • Proficient with technology and comfortable using various tools.
  • Aspirations for career growth and the potential for unlimited earnings.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication skills with business owners and team members.
  • Aiming to achieve earnings of $75K+ in your first year.
  • A 4-year degree is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Must possess a valid US Driver's License and reliable transportation.
  • Authorization to work in the United States is required.
