Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Automotive Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for the automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities- Nurture long-term relationships with clients to build a loyal customer base.
- Utilize consultative selling skills to assist customers in selecting the perfect vehicle, taking into account their needs and preferences.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, including features, options, and the latest technologies.
- Deliver high-quality vehicle demonstrations and presentations.
- Follow up with customers to ensure successful referrals and repeat business.
- Develop strategies to overcome objections and excel in sales situations.
- Provide regular updates to the Sales Manager on objectives, progress, and areas for improvement.
- Competitive base salary and commission structure, with a minimum earning potential of $4,000 per month.
