Job Opportunity

Saratoga Medical Center is seeking a skilled Facilities Administrator to provide leadership and management services for the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Consolidated Mail Outpatient Pharmacy (CMOP) in Lancaster, Texas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of over 30 personnel in business operations, project management, and human resources
  • Develop and implement process improvements using Six Sigma principles
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
  • Manage facility operations, including maintenance, repairs, and renovations

Requirements:

  • 5 years of work experience in a hospital, retail pharmacy, or Dr. Office, with a minimum of associate Facility Administrator or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Six Sigma Certified at or above the Green Belt level and/or Project Management certified
  • Relevant degree in Health Care, Education, Management, Business/Administration, or Behavioral Science
