Job Summary

PrideStaff is seeking a skilled Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance and operations of multiple buildings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities management and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilities Maintenance: Perform and oversee all facilities maintenance duties, including installation, maintenance, and testing of systems such as HVAC, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, sprinkler, fire alarm, and physical structures.
  • Building Operations: Oversee the daily operations of multiple buildings, including janitorial services, grounds maintenance, and custodial support.
  • Project Management: Plan and oversee building work and renovation projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Vendor Management: Negotiate and manage vendor maintenance contracts and warranties, as well as build and develop relationships with key suppliers and maintenance contractors.
  • Space Management: Work with leadership to allocate space within buildings and ensure that facilities are used efficiently.
  • Quality Control: Inspect facilities to ensure continuous quality improvement in maintenance operations, work order follow-up, and preventative maintenance.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree + 1-2 years of related professional experience, or Associate's degree + 5 years of related professional experience, or High School diploma + 9 years of related professional experience.
  • Experience: Related professional experience in facilities management or site management.
  • Skills: Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet, excellent customer service skills, and ability to think strategically and achieve organization's goals.
Working Conditions
  • Flexibility: Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Travel: Must be able to travel as needed.
Compensation

The salary for this position is up to $85,000 per year.
