Facilities Operations Manager

A-MAX Auto Insurance is looking for a Facilities Operations Manager to become a vital part of our Corporate Family. We pride ourselves on being a rapidly expanding and forward-thinking organization that prioritizes the growth and development of our team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide and mentor the Facilities Team in effectively handling maintenance and repair tasks.
  • Implement a standardized Root Cause Analysis methodology for addressing equipment malfunctions.
  • Oversee vendor relationships and coordinate predictive maintenance schedules.
  • Assess and prioritize maintenance requests from various locations on a daily and weekly basis.
  • Collaborate with the VP of Facilities to monitor and report on budgetary matters.
  • Lead and manage the facilities and maintenance division.
  • Provide specialized knowledge in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems within facilities.
  • Supervise multiple site operations across the organization.
  • Maintain oversight of all open service tickets and ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements.
  • Solicit and evaluate proposals for repair and construction projects.
  • Manage projects, overseeing the work of contractors and vendors.
  • Address and resolve facility-related issues that arise after hours.
  • Facilitate changes to reduce interruptions to essential operations.
  • Direct critical central services, including reception, security, maintenance, and cleaning.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Finance is preferred.
  • A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in facilities or operations management is required in lieu of a degree.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a managerial role is necessary.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is essential.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary.
